Assist investors in completing investment documentation and onboarding procedures.

Follow up with existing investors to provide updates on monthly returns, wallet points, and LBF-authorized marts.

Customer Support & Issue Resolution

Address investor concerns, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Educate investors on wallet points redemption at LBF marts and assist them in using the system.

Act as a bridge between investors and the Assistant Manager, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly.

Provide on-ground support to investors for financial queries, plan details, and investment withdrawals.

Business Expansion & Market Research

Work towards increasing investor participation and growing LBF’s presence in different regions.

Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to refine sales and investment strategies.

Collect feedback from investors and suggest improvements in investment plans and customer engagement strategies.

Participate in promotional activities, investor awareness campaigns, and financial education programs.

 

 

 

Coordination with Assistant Managers & Regional Managers

Report investor data, progress, and concerns to the Assistant Manager on a regular basis.

Work closely with the Regional Manager to meet business goals and expand LBF’s investor network.

Assist in executing LBF’s marketing campaigns and investor awareness programs.

Social Responsibility & Financial Awareness

Promote LBF’s tree-planting initiative, ensuring that each investor plants at least one tree as part of the company’s sustainability efforts.

Educate investors on financial literacy, savings, and long-term investment benefits.

Support LBF’s mission of empowering middle-class and lower-income families by providing them with stable financial growth opportunities.
